Rosa Parks RAD

Occupied rehabilitation of a 203-unit, 11-story high-rise building in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco. The apartment units are occupied by seniors and people with disabilities. The scope included improvements and upgrades to the 1962 structure, consisting of door replacements, sewer repairs, fire alarm system upgrades, elevator rehabilitation, roofing work, and repairs to the ventilation system.
