Oceanwide Center in San Francisco, CA is a high-rise mixed used project consisting of office, hotel and residential uses within two towers above a common underground parking garage. 

F.D. Thomas provided the Hot- and Cold-fluid Applied Waterproofing, Below Grade Sheet Waterproofing, Hot Fluid Applied Rubberized Asphalt Waterproofing, Traffic Coatings, Joint Sealants, PVC Roofing, and Thermal Insulation on the project.
