BMW North Scottsdale

The BMW in North Scottsdale underwent a tenant improvement of its now 50,000 sf facility. With an additional 4,000 sf integration to the buildings existing floor plan it encompasses a new storefront with Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) on the outside, storefront lighting, exterior flatwork, interior finishes and glass work, act and soffit ceilings, and exterior/interior car chargers were installed.
