Valley Specialty Center

Valley Specialty Center is a new 244,000 sf building designed to house Diabetes, Cancer, Neurosciences and Cardiology, specialties as well as additional medical and surgical outpatient services. The building is a 4 story structure in addition to a fully built out basement. J&J Acoustics scope included Desgin build cold formed metal framing, light gauge framing, drywall, and spray applied fireproofing. As with any medical building of this size and magnitude, overhead congestion of utilities and MEPS was of great concern. J&J worked diligently with the GC and MEPS trades to coordinate the work and provide the owner with all of the proper fire and sound ratings required for a successful project.
