UCSF IRM Building

The $123-million building, is located on the UCSF Parnassus Campus and brings together 25 labs involved in various areas of human and animal embryonic and adult stem cell and related early-cell studies. This project serves as the core building and research headquarters The building is complicated structure that includes many state of the art technologies used to support the cantilevered portion of the building while maintaining the required seismic movement ability. This building presented many challenges both technically and logistically. J&J Acoustics was a design build partner for this project and an integral part of the overall success.
