The Wilson – 973 Market

This nine-story project was a complete renovation and seismic upgrade to 67,540 SF of a 100-year-old historic building in the mid-market district of downtown San Francisco. The roof top terrace with fire pits, BBQ area, and dog walk/run area provide an outdoor escape for residents. A 1,279 SF gym is in the basement along with bike storage and maintenance space Pacific Structures installed new curbing for the storefront, infill for two decks and basement, shotcrete walls, sheer walls, and steel stairs with concrete pans.
