For this new apartment and mixed-use development in Los Angeles, OCMI is providing baseline schedule development and monthly schedule updates for the general contractor. The property, approximately 2 acres, encompasses a seven-story, Class A multi-family property of 364 apartment units averaging 649 square feet. In addition, it includes 52,000 square feet of retail, anchored by Zion Market, a 23,000 square foot Korean grocery chain. The project is anticipated to be completed in 2021.
