SFO Consolidated Administration Campus

The SFO Consolidated Administration Campus (CAC) located at the San Francisco International Airport in San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I steel commercial office and cultural project. The project is designed by Perkins+Will. This Progressive Design-Build project totals 135,000 square feet throughout one structure with four levels above grade and associated surface parking. As SFO expanded, the diaspora of airport staff across the campus caused increased difficulty for collaboration and departmental connectivity. The CAC remedies this by consolidating four distinct employee groups under one roof unifying administrative and technical departments with easy access to landslide, terminal, and air-side activities. In addition to three levels of office space, the ground floor houses the SFO Museum, the only accredited museum within an airport in the country, and a variety of communal spaces, retail, and a café. Webcor self-performed concrete and drywall. With an ambitious goal of creating a net-zero energy airport, this project is LEED Gold®.
