SANDISK

SanDisk purchased a 558,000 SF, five building corporate campus in Milpitas, CA to allow the company to consolidate their bay area operations into a single campus. The project consisted of completely renovating the two larger buildings, and new finishes and engineering labs in the three smaller buildings, which SanDisk already occupied. Because SanDisk already occupied three of the buildings, the project was completed in multiple phases.
