Palomar Place Retail Center

This project included the renovation of two existing facilities into a new retail center located in Carlsbad, California. The two new buildings total 15,000 square feet and are occupied by GNC, Supercuts, Burger Lounge, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Veggie Grill, Wells Fargo, and Starbucks. The exterior of the buildings are finished with metal trellises, travertine stone, wood plank siding and lath and plaster. The renovation also included adding several outdoor patios for patrons and employees. Both buildings feature a 40 foot glass light tower with a translucent flm application.
