This GMP project totals 1,392,346 square feet throughout one structure with 40 levels above grade and two levels below grade. It includes 514 luxury condominiums. Connected parking totals 658,495 square feet and 1,821 stalls. Located within the 6.3 acre, $1 billion Metropolis development, the residences include 36,482 square feet of retail located at the ground floor and an amenity level, METNINE, which includes a large landscaped deck featuring a swimming pool, fire features, volleyball and yoga sporting area, a dog park, and a play space.
