MERCHANT & GOULD

Merchant and Gould solicited assistance with the construction and relocation of their Denver office. The build out involved highend specialty finishes including Interlam Screens and custom  designed doors with “quark” recesses installed. The project required coordination with existing slab deflections to minimize impact to the quality of the finished product, in addition to, very tight delivery coordination as the building was upgrading their freight elevator access. This required scheduling all deliveries well in advance. The construction process spanned over 12 weeks and was completed at a construction value of $1,700,000.
