MENLO GATEWAY PHASE II

Menlo Gateway Phase II located in Menlo Park, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel commercial office project. This GMP project totals 941,832 square feet throughout four structures with seven and eight levels above grade. Parking totals 495,060 square feet and 1,480 stalls. The two commercial office buildings feature large collaborative work spaces and include green initiatives that promote efficient use of air, water and lighting.
