Latham Square Building

This 134,000 SF building was converted into a modern and multifunctional office space. Improvements included renovating common spaces, adding public art, and updating the retail level façade to transition between the historic outer building and the contemporary, inviting interior. The result is a building with a hospitality-like feel and a revitalized city-scape.
