Hotel Nia located in Menlo Park, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel hotel project. The project is designed by Cuningham Group Architecture. This GMP project totals 173,000 square feet throughout one structure with 11 levels above grade. It includes 250 hotel keys. The four-star full service lifestyle hotel branded for the Autograph Collection by Marriott includes a restaurant featuring a premier local chef, full bar and lounge, an exclusive concierge club room, outdoor pool with private cabanas and a generous pool deck, and 2,000 square foot fitness club. Wanting to position itself as the social center of Menlo Park located adjacent to the Facebook campus, the property emphasizes inviting gathering spaces with an event garden and conference facility that offers over 20,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space including a 6,000 square foot ballroom.
