OCMI provided full independent cost estimates and CMAR reconciliation at each stage of design for the new William F. Harrah College of Hospitality. The $50 million, 93,500-SF academic building plays a dramatic role in the hospitality industry. Ranked as one of the country’s top two (2) college hospitality programs, it impacts students, the Las Vegas community, and the State of Nevada. Unique features of the building include a PGA golf management learning center, student-run café, test kitchen, beverage lab, and classroom, laboratory and meeting space designed to encourage collaboration and a sense of community between students, faculty, and industry professionals.
