Golden 1 Center

This high profile project, home of NBA team the Sacramento Kings, is well known in the Sacramento area as the Entertainment Sports Complex prior to the name change to Golden 1 Center. The project consisted of post-, pre-applied and fluid injected waterproofing at the below grade. Above grade, FDT installed 150,000 sq/ft of hot fluid applied waterproofing at the podium level as well as joint sealants at exterior metal panels and glazing.
