At 405 Howard, an interconnecting staircase cut into the building’s post tension slab, was amongst the projects many intricacies. Each office location features a large reception area with living plant walls, numerous conference rooms, collaboration huddle rooms, laboratories, product testing areas and many micro kitchens.
