CORESITE HQ

Coresite outlined a plan to relocate their HQ and increase the workplace and client-facing areas of their space. Coresite designs and develops mission critical spaces, but they were not typically involved with office environments. We worked closely with the architecture firm and the clients’ internal design team to create a space that would be suitable to meet recruitment goals and clientfacing needs. The project included an intricate curved stainless steel staircase, a local small data center space, demountable partitions serving as office fronts, and a curved glass board room entry. The overall construction costs were roughly $3M for 50.000SF.
