Carlsbad Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership

This dated car dealership needed to be revived into a quality branded Jaguar/Land Rover dealership. Lusardi performed partial demolition of some areas and a total reconstruction of the facility to improve the interior and facade of the facility. The aggregate of all the renovations totaled 14,900 square feet. The scope of work included the addition of a 1,300 square foot service canopy, showroom, and a parts and service area. Additional site work included reconfiguring the parking lot, new asphalt paving, site landscaping.
