Block 136

Located in the Northwest Pearl district of Portland, this two-building project consisted of a 16-story high rise, a five-story low rise and 218 residential units. The buildings are built over a two-level below grade parking structure. Our team was responsible for exterior and interior metal framing, drywall, and insulation. We also installed aluminum egg crate ceilings, felt baffles, and custom perforated metal panels.
