PPM was engaged to coordinate and oversee move management services for Babson College. This project was referred to PPM by CSL Project Management, part of our Boston vendor partner network. Our services included move coordination and relocation of staff members to allow for the renovations, decommissioning of vacated spaces to facilitate construction and moving staff back into their newly renovated spaces. PPM also coordinated the install and punch list of furniture including workstations in the Sullivan Building, library and athletic complex. The success of this project was the ability to communicate, install, move and then resettle all departments quickly so Babson College could maintain operations while in a temporary space and successfully transition into their new space.
