A 4,500 square-foot office buildout located on Cahuenga Blvd., in Hollywood, CA. The scope of the project included a complete gut of the existing building floor plan, design and permitting of a new two-story, high-end luxury office space, structural upgrades, and façade / landscape design. The complete buildout included opening up the second floor to create a two-story entry sequence, personalized product development room, private full-sized kitchen, several private offices and two state of the art conference rooms. Added skylights, polished concrete floors and exposed finished ducting, give this office a very warm and welcoming environment with materials that both honor the industrial character of the building and surrounding neighborhood and reflect the elevated lifestyle amenities that are must-haves in the contemporary present-day workplace.
