The complex is surrounded on two sides by Oscar Park and is situated one block from the Transbay Transit Center. The concrete structure includes a 12’ thick mat slab and central concrete core. The below grade structure was constructed around three levels of cross-lot internal bracing. The tower was constructed utilizing a self-climbing core form and the ProDeck modular handset system, erected within a protective self-climbing windscreen.
