About 41 Tehama Street
33 Tehama includes 403 luxury urban-style residences in a 38-story building and features a best-in-class amenity package. The complex is surrounded on two sides by Oscar Park and is situated one block from the Transbay Transit Center.
The concrete structure includes a 12’ thick mat slab and central concrete core. The below grade structure was constructed around three levels of cross-lot internal bracing. The tower was constructed utilizing a self-climbing core form and the ProDeck modular handset system, erected within a protective self-climbing windscreen. Pacific partnered with the windscreen engineers to develop an integral trailing debris net – the first of its kind used in San Francisco.
