This new six-story office building is a tenant shared project leased by DropBox. To connect this job with the adjacent building at 345 Brannan, 11 bridges were constructed. The project also includes one level of subterranean parking. The office space features sustainable elements including open floor plans, a green roof that will retain rainwater and be filtered throughout the building and operable floor-to-ceiling windows for natural lighting.
