150 Van Ness

150 Van Ness is a 13-story residential building with one level of subterranean parking. This space is comprised of reclaimed stone flooring from the California State Automobile Association headquarters, which was demolished to make way for the complex. The building has a mat slab foundation with a shotcrete basement along with shotcrete exterior and interior walls.
