1120 LARRABEE STREET

1120 Larrabee sits on a double lot in prime West Hollywood, just North of the famed Sunset Strip. Bound by multifamily residential and commercial office, R & A Architecture + Design’s (now Office Untitled) aimed to respect the built environment and respond to topographic site constraints. Employing an “Urban Zen” design concept, the visual impact of the building’s mass is minimized by placing generous, alternating balconies at the façade. Furthering this effort, each balcony features an overflowing linear planter to balance the modern, durable metal façade accent panels. The 55,000 SQFT building consists of twenty-two residential condominiums and shared rooftop amenities.
